Dr. Jason Kreiner joined the Pain Institute of Long Island in 2016 and leads our Woodbury office serving patients throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties.  He attended Cornell University before moving to Israel, where he received his Medical Degree at the Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv. Dr. Kreiner completed his residency in Anesthesia at Downstate Medical Center and served as the Chief Resident in his final year. Dr. Kreiner continued his training at the prestigious Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City where he did a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management.

Dr. Kreiner is board certified in anesthesiology and pain management and he is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology. He offers a variety of treatment options to help alleviate chronic and acute pain including epidurals, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, Botox injections, platelet rich plasma (PRP) and stem cell therapy as well as advanced minimally invasive lumbar decompression.

Dr. Kreiner has lectured extensively to academic and community groups. He is also an active member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, New York Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, American Society  of Anesthesiologists, American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine and American Medical Association.
