Neil B. Kirschen, MD is Board Certified in Anesthesiology, Pain Medicine, Acupuncture and Massage Therapy. Dr. Kirschen has done extensive postgraduate training in osteopathic and manual medicine. He uses acupuncture, spinal manipulation, medical massages, craniosacral therapy, ligament reconstructive therapy, natural medicines and interventional anesthetic nerve blocks in his practice. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA). Dr. Kirschen is an attending pain physician at Mercy Medical Center and St. Joseph’s Hospital.  Dr. Kirschen serves his community as Medical Director of the Rockville Centre Fire Department and ex-captain of Rescue Company. He is the Medical Director of Freeport, Hicksville and Albertson Fire Departments and Police Surgeon of Rockville Centre Police Department. He is NYS Certified EMT and AHA CPR instructor.
